Do you upload or store my data?

ChartMint processes all data in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server. The app runs entirely client-side — your spreadsheet data, chart configurations, and exported files stay on your device.

What data formats does ChartMint support?

ChartMint accepts CSV, JSON, and TSV (tab-separated values) files. You can also paste data directly from Excel or Google Sheets, drag and drop files, or type values manually into the editor.

Can I export charts for presentations?

Free users export charts as PNG images. Pro users get 4 export formats: PNG, SVG (vector graphics that scale to any size), PDF (print-ready), and high-DPI PNG at 3x resolution for Retina and 4K displays.

ChartMint has 13 chart types. The 7 free types are bar, horizontal bar, line, pie, area, scatter, and donut. Pro adds radar, stacked bar, stacked area, grouped bar, treemap, and combo (line + bar on one chart).

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account page. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Email support@cashewcrate.com with your order number and a description of the issue if you need help.
